In any case you changed your mind and you wish to cancel your order, no worries, your satisfaction is our goal. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Cancellation Policy.

when can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Note that we consider your product to be “shipped” when a Bill of Lading and tracking number have been generated for a freight carrier.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days

If an order is canceled during processing time prior to shipment, which normaly takes 2-3 business days, payment will be fully refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped

After products are considered shipped, cancellations are treated as returns as described in Return Policy Page


How do I cancel an item in your order:

Send Us an email , Once your cancellation request is recieved, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.


What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Back to Source, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
